❀ The happiness of our customers is the most important thing for us, so we feel responsible for giving you full support as much as we can.

JEWELRY & CLAY ART POLICY:
❀ We do put all the necessary care into item description as well as answering all of your questions prior to the purchase. Usually, we only refund the money when the item has arrived broken to you or there is a major issue.
We also offer fixing services for free as sometimes there are forces out of control during the item delivery, things can get broken and it's neither our or your fault.

If you received a damaged item - send it back, we will fix the item and send it back to you. All claims must be made in the first 5 days after delivery.

So far 100/100% of all clients loved what we made and said that their purchases looked even better in person and they loved them.

We are not a major brand and we can't afford to refund the money to everyone who will just decide to wear the item once and then give it back. (sorry if it sounds harsh, but it's been done before to us. We didn't like it.)

❀ JEWELRY "BUY - TRY ON - RETURN" POLICY:
Sometimes clients request to pay for the item, receive it and try it on first. Most likely we always agree to requests like that, as we will keep the money aside until the decision is made. Although you are only entitled 5 days after a delivery moment to make up your mind. After that items are nonrefundable.

If you decide to return it, it has to come back in the same condition it was sent to you. After careful inspection, we will make a decision about the refund.

You have 5 days after delivery to submit any claims.
If you come back to us after that, a refund won't be made.

❀ CRAFT TOOL POLICY.
We understand that some craft tools can be only checked once used. Therefore we carry full responsibility for our tools and if for any reason you don't like them, we will refund you the money.
All items need to be checked within the first 5 days after delivery and should be returned in its original package if you don't like them. The full refund then will be made.

❀ DIGITAL ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, as the system is automated and you will receive the product as soon as you sent the payment. SORRY. It's not our fault if you thought you are buying an item, not a tutorial. Pictures say PDF tutorial and title/description says it too!

❀ LOST ITEMS: If the item got lost and you haven't received it within 1.5 months, please contact me in order to sort this out. I might be still able to find out where the parcel is. Anything longer after such a long time means that the item was lost, stolen and we are not taking any responsibilities for that. We are sending all the handmade items via Latvijas Pasts. So if that has gone lost and you haven't complained 1,5 months after shipping day, there is nothing we will be able to do.
