*CONTRACT: Once we receive your payment (deposit where applicable) we will begin the proofing process. Please be sure to order the maximum amount of invitations needed. If additional invitations are needed please note due to reordering materials, and overall processing of your order your additional invitations may be priced as an initial order and not the original bulk discounted price.
Before the production of your order begins, a final proof is sent via Word doc, for you to look over and approve. Once your approval is given to us your order will begin. WE WILL NOT PRINT without your final approval. It is very important that you proof read your wording very carefully. At This & That Creations, we are not reliable for any mistakes, errors, or misspelling after the final proofing/approval and completion of order. In the event that there is an error in the wording after completion, we will do our best to accommodate you, but there will be an additional cost for materials.
We, at This & That Creations would like you to understand the individualism of your invitations. All our products are hand crafted and it is natural for variations in color, texture and pattern to sometimes occur, especially in hand made paper products. These should be considered part of the character and uniqueness of the product.
Also in agreement with this contract, This & That Creations owns all copyrights and images used in all projects and may use you samples and invitations for our portfolio, catalog, website, online advertising or other promotional purposes without further consent from client.

Returns & exchanges

Most of the time refunds are null and void because of customizing most products. Refunds are not given due to mispellings and font or format changes after you have approved the final proof. We always send a "final proof" before printing and are not responsible for any errors or changes once we receive your approval. We always recommend printing your proof and looking it over with at least 2 other people who can also check for errors. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Everything is shipped USPS First class mail unless otherwise specified. We will do our best to accommodate a lost order, but we will not refund your order if it was out of our hands. You must report lost packages to your local USPS office. If refunds ARE given it will be on a case by case basis and buyer is responsible for return shipping.

While packages usually arrive MUCH, MUCH sooner, our policy when working with the USPS, is to allow up to 14 business days for the delivery of your order with first class shipping.
DISCOUNTED SHIPPING:
We do NOT discount shipping. Our shipping cost does not only include the cost of shipping but the cost of tracking (if applicable), packaging, speedy **expediting an order and handling fees. We feel the cost of the card, including shipping is still a very great price for a handcrafted card. We take pride in expediting orders within **one business day and having overall fast shipping times, as you can see from our reviews. Please follow us on our social media sites for occasional promotional deals. **Custom orders may take longer.
UPGRADED SHIPPING:
Priority and Express shipping upgrades are always an option upon request and if purchased from the buyer. Priority shipping times are 1-3 business days depending on the destination location. We suggest working with your time line and any time constraints you may have when choosing an expedited shipping option. We are always happy to work with you on expediting your order and meeting time frames. Please convo us before ordering with any questions you may have on shipping times.
As you can see from our reviews, we pride ourselves in expediting and shipping orders within “ONE” business day. Custom orders can take longer when there is a proofing process. Please understand once the package is mailed it is in the hands of the USPS and we have no control over the USPS handling and delivery times as we are NOT the USPS. Please contact your local Post Office or call 1-800-275-8777, with the tracking number found on your invoice. In many cases the USPS may not update the tracking information right away but they can track the exact location of your package when using the tracking number and GPS.

We ship our international orders via USPS First Class mail. Orders of 3 cards or more will come with tracking information. If you would like tracking for orders of less than 3 cards, please contact us for a tracking upgrade to be added to your order. Additional tracking can be purchased with registered mail or by shipping the package Priority or Express. The USPS estimates international First Class mail to take up to 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take up to 3-8 weeks depending on your country’s postal service and may be delayed by customs processing. Our policy is to wait 4 weeks until we declare a package “lost”. If your package is taking longer than expected, we recommend you contacting your local postal service to see if they have your package in their possession. These delays may be from custom fees, taxes, etc.. International packages may incur fees, duties, taxes and/or other charges from your countries Customs.
