Stick one of these allergy alert labels to your child's clothing or lunchbox to keep them safe by alerting others of any allergies they may have. These are especially helpful when you will not be with your child for some length of time.

Please include the name and list of allergies that you would like to have printed on the allergy alert labels in the "Notes to Seller" section as you check out.

☼ PROOF ☼
A digital proof of the label will be sent to your ETSY mail for you to approve prior to printing.

I WILL NOT mail your item until you have approved your proof so please be sure to check your ETSY mailbox frequently.

☼ SHIPPING ☼
Once you have approved your digital proof, I will get the labels printed and out the door as quickly as possible, but please allow 2–3 business days for your order to ship, although most will ship sooner. Order will be shipped via USPS First Class mail.

☼ OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ☼
• On screen colors may differ from those on printed product due to computer monitor display settings.
• Watermarks and borders showing label edges will not be on the printed product
• Due to the nature of these personalized and custom products, returns are not accepted and refunds cannot be issued once the item has been made. If there is a problem, please contact me and I will do everything within reason to correct it. Your 100% satisfaction is my highest priority.
