Epsom Salt, Sea Salt, Chamomile Flowers & Calendula Flowers.

No nasties! All pure vegan ingredients free from artificial flavours, fragrances or preservatives, palm oil, parabens, mineral oils, sodium lauryl, or laureth sulphate.

Each pack contains enough salts for 2-3 baths. But for a really good soak the whole pack can be used in one go


:: DIRECTIONS ::
Light some candles, put on some relaxing jazz music and run a bath. Pour salts into the hot water and give a little stir to dissolve. Now immerse yourself in the bath and relax for 10 to 20 minutes. For an invigorating finish off with a quick rinse under a cold shower.

No bath tub? No problem, just use half a cupful for a foot bath instead.
