Complex and ornamental swirly design bangle bracelet set with 8 natural, excellent grade purple amethyst gemstones.
This one of a kind bangle will fit most wrists, even the larger ones.

This item has been made using the wire wrapping technique - this means that there's no soldering or gluing involved, everything you see is crafted out of wire. For this reason, wire wrapped jewellery can be more fragile and more prone to damage than regular jewellery - please make sure you always take care of your wire wrapped sparklies. Don't try to bend it, push out the stone etc. to 'check it'. We usually test our products for 'wearability' to make sure they are durable enough for everyday wear, don't have any uncomfortable/sharp bits etc, however, if you make specific effort to break the piece, we are not obliged to issue a refund if it gets damaged.

Returns & exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily refund you AFTER receiving the item back and, depending on the problem, might be able to return your shipping cost.

YOU CANNOT BOTH KEEP THE ITEM AND GET A REFUND.

If the item arrives damaged, we will happily either:
1. Repair the item for you free of charge, or
2. Provide guidance on how to fix minor problems such as loose jump rings, or
3. Send a replacement part.

Delivery policies

UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class and will usually take 1-3 days to arrive.
International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For International and will usually take 5-10 days to arrive.
In an unlikely case of a lost item, I will do my best to issue a refund as soon as the item is refunded by the Royal Mail.

1. Our jewellery will always be packaged in either a black decorative gift box or a black organza/velvet gift pouch . Please message us if you have a preference about packaging. We will do all this and, if requested, include a handwritten or printed note, free of charge.

2. We do accept custom orders - please send us a message for details and we'll work something out!
Custom orders will only be accepted after receiving a deposit of £10 which will be counted as part-payment. Unfortunately we had to introduce this policy after some customers failed to claim their orders. If you change your mind within 3 days or if we fail to complete your order within the agreed time, your deposit will be returned. We ask our customers to acknowledge the fact that times needed to complete an order are only estimates and sometimes, due to factors which are out of our control, we won't be able to complete an order within the requested/agreed time. We will always aim to notify you about this as soon as we know the order won't be completed in time. Thank you for your understanding.

3. If for some reason (usually an incomplete / incorrect address given by the customer) the item is returned to us, we will make every effort to contact you to inform you about this and find out what you'd like to do next. We can always ship it again for an extra delivery fee or issue a refund. However, if the item is unclaimed after 3 weeks and the customer doesn't contact us back, we reserve the right to keep the item without issuing a refund.
