TERMS OF USE

THE ART OF PAPERCRAFT reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without giving prior notice.

Your purchase from THE ART OF PAPERCRAFT grants you one perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive *Personal/Small Commercial Use License to use the image file(s) as outlined below. All other rights to the printed papers, illustrations, clipart and other items, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, are retained by THE ART OF PAPERCRAFT.

PERSONAL USE

We hope you enjoy using our designs. We'd love to see what you do with them, please get in touch and show us your creations.


SMALL COMMERCIAL USE

You may use our designs on your website, on your blog or other digital project, as part of your own work but digital reselling is not permitted. The exception to this being invitations, where our design is used in part or whole with the addition of your own text and/or other design elements. All of our clip art and paper packs come with a Small Business Commercial Licence as standard but we do require that you provide image credit and a link back to our shop, for more information, please see the IMAGE CREDIT section below.

You may print our designs to create your own items to sell, such as invitations, greeting cards, gift tags, banners and other decorative items. All we ask is that you do not resell or distribute our designs unaltered as original, in digital or printed form.

You may use our designs for *small commercial use only. This does not apply to wholesale publishers or businesses that mass produce commercial products.

You may not use our designs in their original form to upload and sell on Print On Demand sites such as Zazzle, CafePress, Søciety6 or similar.

You may not resell our designs as clipart or as part of a digital scrapbook pack.

You may not resell our designs as part of a digital pack or project sheet on sites such as Craftsuprint or similar.

If you're still uncertain as to what is and what is not permitted, please contact us via Etsy convo and we will answer any questions you may have.


QUANTITIES

Other than promotional material, for example flyers or business cards of which you may print as many as you require, *print runs are limited to less than two hundred. If you intend to publish on a larger scale please contact me for an Extended Quantity Commercial Licence. Prices for small businesses and sole traders start at £25 per design or clipart set. Mass produced retail and wholesale publishing prices start at £250 per design for a Full Commercial License but will vary depending on quantities produced, duration of licence and regions covered.


IMAGE CREDIT

All our clip art and paper packs come with a Small Business Commercial Licence as standard but we do require that you provide image credit and a link back to our shop. This should be clearly visible wherever you use our images and for online sales, this should be included in the listing. If you are happy to do this then there is no need to purchase any further licence.

We do offer extended no credit licences should you wish to use our artwork without giving credit. These are available here:
