Non personalised orders - If you are unhappy with your order you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Although return postage is at the customers cost. Please inform me you would like a refund via Etsy conversations and get proof of postage from the Post Office as I will not refund if the item doesn't arrive back at my studio. Please also package the item responsibility - if it arrives damaged I will not give a full refund

I aim to get items dispatched to customers as quickly as possible. Cards are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Prints 5 working days. Wedding & bespoke stationery 1 - 2 weeks. I will always inform the customer if there are any delays
