Set yourself free as you walk with the hummingbird inspired winged masterpiece. After these shoes are hand carved they are lacquered with the bright colors. The front of ‘Wing’ is ‘eggshelled’. This is a traditional Vietnamese technique of making art with the color white. Duck eggshells are used in the process as they are the toughest shells in comparison to other poultry eggs. The shells are cracked into square shapes and placed over tacky black paint that has been applied to the shoe. The shells are carefully cracked adhering flatly to the curved shoe. Once a natural lacquer, that is added on top, is dried the eggshells are then water sanded.
It takes at least 18-22 days for each pair of shoes to be fashioned.
There are multiple artisans involved as they each specialize in their own area from woodcraft, cobblery, leathercraft and lacquer.

MEASUREMENTS GUIDE
These shoes are handmade base on your feet measurements. Thus, we ask that you follow our measurement guide and send us photos of your feet tracing with ruler next to it. Please contact us to check measurement before you purchase otherwise you might be charged fee for cancellation or refund accordingly.
COLOR
Please note that we try our best to provide product materials pantone and keep the pictures of products as closed it as it is in photos or videos. However, colors might be slightly different due to different screen resolution on different electronic devices. Our products are handmade so hand-painting on each product might not be 100% the same as we mixed colors for each products separately with different weather conditions especially temperature.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
we apologize for this policy change, this is due to Etsy policy changes to all sellers
CANCELLATIONS/ REFUND
1) We will only provide a refund if you cancel your order, and it is not yet in production. However, there will be charge fee on all cancellations as following:
10% for order less than $200 and 5% for order more than $200 on total amount for processing fee and international transaction fees.
2) We do not accept cancellation nor provide refunds for custom orders already in production, this is because the artisans will have spent their time and money on materials etc.
3) Please follow up with your order and check your etsy messages, emails from etsy after purchasing products from us. If we have questions about your measurements, shipping address... etc and don’t receive any response within 1 month. We will cancel your order with fee as above.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
1) If you'd like a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery date.
2) We accept returns and exchanges for some products in its original unused condition, with its packaging, if the item is returned no more than 20 business days after delivery date.
3) The cost to return is your responsibility. Please use a trackable delivery method with insurance for your return as we are not responsible for items lost. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable), for example if there import/ export taxes that need to be covered.
4) Sale items and all customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
SHIPPING, ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
1) Some countries charge additional customs and duties and customers are responsible for any such charges.
2) Lost or stolen packages:
Though we always strive to provide a superior customer experience, mail couriers on occasion have lost/stolen/damaged packages. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the couriers, and would not be able to reimburse you in the event that your package gets lost or stolen if the signature requirement was waived. We advise individuals to contact the couriers directly for compensation of lost or damaged products but we will follow up with you during this process.
3) Shipping time is estimated as business days (not including holiday, weekend in Vietnam and your country) so if you need the product by certain day please contact us before paying for express (DHL)
