Custom etched mason jar laser etched with your custom text or logo. These mason jars come with a sturdy handle that makes them perfect for cocktails, iced tea, or just your daily drinking glass! Laser etching scratches the surface of the glass creating a permanent design that is dishwasher safe.

For custom orders:

* A courtesy proof will be sent for customers to check spelling, layout, and overall design. Customers will have 48 hours to approve the design or submit revisions. Once that time has expired the company may move forward with engraving to meet the Etsy shipping deadline, relieving the company of any liability if the design is not to satisfaction so long as the design is based on the information provided at time of purchase.

*Once the approval/revision window closes misspellings, incorrect dates, or any other typographical errors are no longer subject to refunds since the customer is given the opportunity to approve or revise all designs prior to engraving.

*All designs are based on information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. There is an allowance of two revisions per order. After that, additional revisions including changes to text, fonts, size, placement, etc. cost $5.00 per request.

*All correspondence is via email and Everything Etched is not responsible for any emails that may be blocked due to spam filters.

*All times listed are just an estimate and not a guarantee. All estimates are based on after the proof is approved.

*When purchasing a shipping upgrade, only the shipping upgrade amount will be refunded in the case of a delay.

*Any request for a deliver-by date, will be treated as such, just a request. We will not put your order ahead of others based on a request unless you paid for upgraded shipping. No refunds will be given if we do not meet your requested delivery date AND you did not purchase upgraded shipping.

*There is an additional cost for shipping to APO’s. Please contact us before you order.

* Holidays may affect production times.

*We only accept cancellations before an order is made. If you need to cancel an order and the design proof has already been made, there will be a charge of $5 per design.

*Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom or personalized orders. If damaged in shipping the item will be replaced, not refunded.

*We etch glass using a laser, which scratches the surface of the glass. It cannot be engraved into the glass or go deeper below the surface. By nature, it is semi transparent. It will always look best against dark colors. It cannot be done in color. Since it is scratching the glass, it is natural to have some inconsistencies around the edges.

*All wood products are made from natural wood and may contain knots, grain lines, and uneven surfaces.

Any part of the design that is text can be change? You are welcome to personalize it how you like it. You can remove any text item. Changes to the design elements, font, or adding text will require and extra charge.

Please include any personalization details regarding your design in the “note to seller” section at checkout.

We do not offer color etching.

This is not a sticker. Our etchings are are created with a laser that actually etches into the glass, and engraves directly into the wood.

Looking to have your own logo, design, or quote etched? We can do that for you! You can either select “custom” from the design drop down menu in the item listing of your choice, or you can view our collection of items that can be customized to your liking here: http://etsy.me/2pnvdOS

If you would like to use a design or logo of your own, just send it to us through Etsy. If you wish to use a quote or message of your own, simply include your personalization notes, along with your font choice, in the “note to buyer” section at checkout. Once we receive your order, we will begin to work on your design poof!

Once you place your purchase, we will send you a design proof to your email for you to approve. Personalized/templated orders do not received proofs, only full custom orders. Once approved, we will create and ship out your item in 2-3 days.

Delivery time depends on what you ordered and where you want your order shipped to.

For all custom orders, the design is created after purchase. This is very standard for any design work. Each design takes time to customize specially for you, and we want to ensure that we are working on designs for committed customers only. This also protects our work from being used somewhere else. Please note that we only send proofs for full custom designs. We do not send proofs for our template designs.
