Payment through Etsy please at time of purchase.
You can pay by PayPal or debit card and I also accept Etsy gift cards.

A deposit of £10 is payable for custom orders. Deposits paid for custom items are non-refundable even if you decide not to purchase the item once it is complete.
Once a custom item is complete I will send a photo of it for your final approval. The balance and delivery charges must then be paid before any item is posted.

You cannot sell or share any patterns although you may sell any completed books that you fold using one of my patterns.

All my patterns are for instant download only as a PDF file and will not be sent through the post.
Please make sure that it is the right pattern before you purchase. I am unable to refund for any pattern that's already been downloaded, even if you change you mind or decide that book folding isn't for you.
The only time you will receive a refund if the pattern isn't right which is unlikely as it has been tested, so please double check your measurements and folding, and if the problem is still there I will compare the tested photo to your photo.
If required, I will get the pattern re-tested and if any adjustments are needed, will send you a refund, or send you the corrected version as an apology.
