I would advise either hand washing the collars, or putting them into a cool wash. Please don't tumble dry - they are far better left to air dry.
The collars are designed principally for outdoor use - please don't leave your dog unattended while wearing their collar, especially indoors.

I would always advise you measure your own dogs neck. Simply run a tape measure around the middle of the dogs neck and slot 2 fingers between the tape and the neck, and take a reading. The sizes given in the product description are just a guide and are very general; they may be handy if you're unable to measure the dog for whatever the reason, but I would always advise measuring if possible.
