The tote bag is perfect!! It came a few days past expected arrival date, which is fine since it was quite a long journey to where I'm at! I've had the tote bag for a good week now and no problems whatsoever, just looking at the otter makes my day 100x better!! It came in a package-envelope which had a Fox sticker seal (which I safely peeled off and kept lol). If you're having second thoughts on whether or not you should get this tote, GET IT!! (thank u so much!!)
