i must say was a little scare and this why people should not listen to all review. This is amazing we love it looks better then i except the quality is nice and heavy. I can wait to our party and show it off!! Seller was very helpful and honest with the colors will buy another one again!!! also fast delivery too!!

first order came WRONG ( ordered pocket and got grommet) received second order in the middle ( not at the top and not at the bottom) was an ERROR in my backdrop ....still kept their old info but all around it was my new info instead of owner acknowledging that the error might be in their software and offer me a partial compensation, she became very combatative...quoting me the "draft" rules...etc...would never ever purchase from them again and I had over 20 people in my network who wanted me to help with a backdrop for them in the next few months. i found a better company who doesnt charge more for pockets vs. grommets and who has a better policy on corrections ... no need to ever use this company again

Customer approve the proof that was sent over to her. She purchased the pocket upgrade. I made a mistake and sent her a backdrop with grommets. As soon as she informed me a new backdrop was shipped to her. I let her keep BOTH backdrops. The second was sent at my expense since it was my ERROR. After she received the second backdrop she informed me there was a typographical mistake on both the backdrops. She never informed me of that before I shipped the second backdrop otherwise I would have corrected it. The Typographical error was on the proof that she approved. I did not notice it neither did she. I take full responsibility for my mistakes. My proof approval explains to please review the proof for any spelling/typographical errors. I process a lot of orders everyday and always provide proofs to my customers to avoid mistakes
