•Sewing machine with straight and zigzag stitches
•Ruler
•Tape measure

Supplies you will need to provide:
Preferably use a fabric that is a bit thick and has some body (structure), avoid fabrics that are too thin or lack body. Ideal fabrics are wool, wool felt, cotton canvas, heavy linen, corduroy. Thinner and more elastic fabrics, such as sequins or velour, can be used, but they must be prepared as will be seen later.
For the lining fabric, fabrics such as cotton for shirts, thin cotton canvas, sherpa fabric, even fabrics such as satin or silk work well, although I only recommend these last two to someone with experience in sewing, as they are very slippery.
