What exactly do I receive?

A PDF file you can print at home, at a copy shop, or through a print-on-demand service — or, for Notion products, a link that duplicates a ready-made system into your own free Notion account. Nothing physical is mailed.

Do I need any special software?

Just something that opens a PDF (any phone, tablet, or computer can do this) for printable products. Notion products need a free Notion account.

Because files are delivered instantly, I can't offer refunds — but if anything is wrong with what you received, message me first and I'll sort it out.

What's the difference between the colour editions of the same planner?

Same content and layout, different colour palette — pick whichever looks best printed out or on your screen. (dark mode, lavender, sorbet, and the original sage/clay/cream are usually all available; check each listing for which colours it comes in.)

Custom and personalised orders

PDF printables aren't editable. Notion products are fully yours to edit once duplicated into your own workspace.

Can I use these for my business or a group/classroom?

Personal use only by default — message the shop to ask about a commercial licence if you'd like to use a design beyond personal use.

I'm not on Etsy often — how fast will you reply if I have a question?

Usually within a day or two. Feel free to message any time.
