My Back Office stores business data locally in your browser/profile on that computer and does not upload it to us. There is no cloud sync.
Download a backup regularly from Settings > Your data > Download backup, and keep it somewhere else. Automatic recovery copies are stored alongside your browser data; clearing that data or losing the computer loses those copies too. We cannot recover data we do not hold.
It records payments you receive; it does not take payments or connect to banks or payment providers. It does not do bookkeeping, file tax or VAT returns, or replace your accountant.

You can use devices you control for your own business. Data stays in one browser/profile on one computer. Move it using a downloaded backup; nothing syncs automatically.

What if my computer breaks or browser data is cleared?
Restore your most recent downloaded backup. Browser recovery copies are lost with the browser data, so they cannot replace an external backup.

Does it send quotes or take payments?
No. You save or print the PDF and send it yourself, then record sending in the app. It produces invoices and records payments received by your usual methods.

What about my 1.x data?
2.0 keeps its own data and does not change your 1.x data. It offers to copy your 1.x data in, or you can restore a 1.x backup. Keep a downloaded backup before moving to the new version.
