Christmas Planner App, Gift Budget and Tracker, Shared Guest List, Cards, Dinner Seating and Printable Place Cards, Digital Download

Christmas, thoughtfully.
More time for the people you love. Less remembering every little detail.

A festive Orderlumi planner with warm ivory, forest green, cranberry ribbons and little golden stars. Bring your gift buying, Christmas cards and dinner plans together in one calm place.

ADD A PERSON ONCE
Choose whether you are buying them a gift, sending a card or inviting them to dinner. Their person card brings their gift budget, card progress, RSVP, dietary details and assigned seat together. Households share addresses and greetings while each guest keeps their own details.

GIFTS WITH A PLAN
Set each recipient’s total budget and ship-by or giving date. Link gift ideas to one person or several people for a joint gift. Track gifts from Idea to Given. Chosen gifts allocate their estimate; actual costs take precedence. Joint gifts count once overall and divide equally across recipients.

A BEAUTIFULLY SET TABLE
Add round, square or rectangular tables, choose their seat counts and assign guests to numbered positions on the visual seating plan. Move or swap guests. Create printable folded place cards, flat name tags, table signs and seating overviews for A4 or Letter paper. Stationery excludes private gift, address, dietary and access details.

THE REST OF CHRISTMAS, TOGETHER
Plan menus and potluck dishes, shopping, meal preparation, decorations, activities, tasks, leftovers and celebration costs. Gift prices and the overall cost ledger are separate; use Copy to cost ledger when needed, then edit ledger copies separately.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
One ZIP containing the self-contained Orderlumi Christmas Planner HTML app, a Start Here guide and setup instructions. The planner starts blank. This is a digital download; no physical item is supplied. Lifestyle artwork shows the brand mood. Images marked REAL APP SCREEN show the actual planner using fictional sample data; the purchased download starts blank.

HOW IT WORKS
Extract the ZIP and open the guide, then the planner, in your browser. No subscription or account is needed to use the app. Records are stored locally in your browser on your device, with no automatic cloud sync. Export JSON backups regularly and before moving devices or clearing browser data. CSV exports are reference copies and cannot restore a plan. Shared People edition backups restore into this edition; earlier separate-list backups are not imported.

COMPATIBILITY
A desktop or laptop browser is recommended. Opening downloaded HTML apps on a phone or tablet depends on its operating system, browser and file-opening method; mobile local-file compatibility has not been verified. Print appearance depends on your browser and printer settings. External links require internet. Entered dates appear in the planner; there are no automatic background reminders.
