Is this a physical product or a digital download?

LaserVault listings are digital files only. Mugs, clothing and engraved goods are physical products. Check the listing type and description before ordering.

How do I download my LaserVault files?

Sign in to Etsy.com in a computer or mobile web browser, open Purchases and reviews, then select Download Files. Etsy digital purchases cannot currently be downloaded in the Etsy app. For guest purchases, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email. Extract the ZIPs before importing the artwork. Download every ZIP attached to your order.

Which file formats do I receive?

Check each listing. PNG collections are raster image artwork for engraving. Separate cutting bundles include SVG and DXF files and PDF references where stated. PNG bundles do not include SVG, DXF, STL or 3D models.

Can I sell items I make with LaserVault designs?

You may use these designs to make and sell physical finished products and adapt them for your own production. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or give away the digital artwork, including modified versions, or offer it as another digital download.

Are 3D illusion designs real 3D models?

No. The 3D illusion and breakout descriptions refer to a dimensional visual effect in flat artwork. They are not STL models or calibrated depth maps.

What laser settings should I use?

Settings depend on your machine, material and image-processing method. Check the file type, import size, image mode and inversion, then run a material test. The DPI metadata in a PNG is not a machine setting. We do not promise one universal preset.

What should I do if a file will not open?

Extract all ZIPs and open the artwork in software that supports its format. If the problem remains, message us through Etsy with the bundle name, file name, software and a description of the issue.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
5 grayscale PNGs + 5 strict black/white PNGs; 10 clean individual transparent files, 2362 × 2362px with approximately 600 DPI metadata. Commercial physical-product licence, instructions and SHA256 manifests included. Download all 2 customer ZIP files to obtain the complete set.

IMPORTANT FORMAT INFORMATION
Digital raster PNG artwork only. No physical item, SVG/DXF, cutting template, 3D model or calibrated depth map. Source artwork generated at 1254px and enlarged/padded for the 2362px export canvas. Physical engraving is untested. Test material and adjust image polarity, speed, power and processing for your equipment. The BW files are already dithered; avoid accidental double dithering. Results and fine-detail reproduction vary.

Mockups are digital simulations, not photographs of tested engravings. Public previews are visibly watermarked; customer artwork is clean. Original AI-assisted illustrations, selected and prepared by LaserVault.
