Protective flip/wallet phone case key features:

4. Closure Mechanism: Magnetic strap to securely close the case which fastens on the back of the case.
5. Secure Phone Holder: Your phone is held in place by either a rigid plastic back cover that wraps around both sides of the phone or a soft rubber cover that wraps around all sides of the phone providing a secure fit. (this will depend on what stock we have at the time of placing your order)

How to Order:
1. Choose the correct options from the dropdowns at the top of the listing and place your order.
2. Send us your image(s) through an Etsy message or via email to keepsake-gifts [!at] live.com as soon as possible once your order has been placed.
3. Keep an eye on your messages. We will always send a sample image for your approval, if you have ordered a collage design, requested a personalised message or if we feel there is an issue with the image for a single image design, before printing.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If we have sent you a proof for approval and we have not heard back from you by 2 PM the day after we sent you the sample image, we will assume you are happy with the layout and process your order as soon as possible. This is to ensure there are no delays in processing your order and to meet eBay's dispatch policy.

We will resize and crop single image orders to best fit the item you have ordered and will only send a sample image before printing if we feel there is a problem with the image or cannot get it to fit.

Failure to follow the above could delay delivery times.

We recommend a maximum of 8 images for a collage. Please do not send pre-made collages. Always send your images separately and we will create a collage for you that best fits the item you have purchased.

If you purchase a Single image design and then send us a premade multi-image collage, we will resize the image the best we can to fit the item you have purchased.

For best results only send us full-size images that have not been cropped. We will let you know if there is a problem with any of your images as a poor-quality image will make for a poor-quality case.
