Available in two sizes, his and hers. This one is a ladies' size. The silver is rectangular in cross section with a gap just wide enough to slip over the lower part of the wrist. Great for both ladies and gentlemen.

You have to push one end of the bangle into the soft part of the underneath part of the wrist then use that point as a pivotal point to swing the other end over the top of the wrist keeping the pressure on into to the soft part of the wrist.

Complete the movement onto the wrist and release the pressure. The bangle should then sit neatly on the lower part of the wrist without the risk of it falling off.

To take it off do the same but backwards. Do not try to push it straight across the wrist, if it goes on like that it's probably too big.
