Two pretty ponies gaze curiously at the viewer from this bold and bright painting! The story behind this picture is while driving with friends through the West of Ireland countryside, I spotted these two beauties in a nearby field, looking ever so curious as we came by. I wanted to get out at once and rushed off, oblivious to the outraged cries of my friends, on whom I apparently unleashed a million midges leaving the door open! These ponies were extremely interested and friendly and I titled the work "Curious Companions". I am on a promise to return to them with carrots one day, since they posed here for free!!
The canvas measures 20" x 20" and is done on square, deep edged canvas. As it is painted around the sides, it requires no frame. The whole painting is very 3 dimensional and vivid, exemplifying the beautiful rich greens Ireland is so renowned for. It will be sent safely packaged and I aim to dispatch items withing 48 hours usually.

Wow, so happy with this gorgeous piece! This painting is even more beautiful in real life than the photos. The verdant tones of the landscape are incredibly vibrant and lush, and the fur of the leopard looks so soft and fluffy looking in person I feel like stroking it!!! Love it :) he’s nicely at home on my living room wall and brings a nice slice of nature and wildlife into the house. Thanks so much
