Terrier tea cosy knitting pattern, pdf download, hand knitting pattern download, Jack Russell Terrier, knitting, patterns, JRT

This listing is a pdf download of the chart and hand knitting pattern instructions for this Jack Russell Terrier tea cosy. It would make a great gift for a Terrier and tea lover (although he is so cute I'm sure you'd find it hard to re home him once you have made him).

The pattern is suitable for knitters with some experience of the double knitting technique who are happy working from a knitting chart. The chart is also suitable for the intarsia technique of colour-work if preferred.

If knitted to the stated pattern tension of 20 stitches and 27 rows to 10cm, the cosy will fit a medium sized tea pot. It is knitted in DK weight yarns (light worsted weight). Using the double knitting technique it takes a 50g/112m (122yd) ball each of a light colour and a dark colour. Please note that the chart is also suitable for the intarsia technique if preferred although tension and yarn requirements may be different to that given in the pattern.

The cosy is knitted on 3 1/2mm (US size 4) needles.

Please note that this is a pdf download of a knitting pattern and chart which will be available to you once payment has been confirmed.
