'Ay Up Duck' is an English greeting widely used when saying hello. Mining communities in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire are renowned for their use of distinctive dialect, others terms might include, Gizzabitt (Give us a bit), Owt (Anything), Mard-eh Bum (Grumpy Person).

This design includes full instructions and a coloured graph. To crochet this cushion you will need to have basic crochet knowledge and be familiar with colour changing techniques, such as intarsia crochet or tapestry crochet. If you have never done colourwork before don't be put off, this design is a great starter project as it uses only three colours in large blocks.

Height 40cm
Width 40cm

Approx. 250g DK weight yarn in three different colours
2 x 2.5cm buttoms
