Ordering is simple,
For Bracelets, just simply Follow the instructions in the 'How do i measure my wrist' Section and Choose your Colours from our ever expanding range of colours.

For Lanyards and other Set Size items, All you need to do is Choose your Colours from the selections and press Order! It's that simple! Woohoo!

Please ensure you read all of our Policies and FAQ'S regarding Returns before ordering so that your experience goes as smooth as possible.

Due to your item being handmade, I can't ensure the Product will look exactly as the pictures do.

Bespoke, Custom products such as bracelets, lanyards and camera straps made to your specifications, such as colour and size with no faults can not be returned due to the bespoke and custom nature of the product. HOWEVER, Please do still contact me as I always to try to figure something out for my customers in these unfortunate situations.

If your order is a premade item, such as stickers, or our Paracord tools, we would be happy to work something out for you!
The item must be in its original condition and must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Please obtain Proof of postage in case it arrives outside of the Return period.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES (as of 26/08/2020)
UK: 1-4 working days
Europe: 4-15 working days
USA & Canada: 5-15 working days
Everywhere Else: 5-15 working days

These are only guidelines so your order may arrive closer to the start of the estimate. Your order may arrive after the estimate due to customs delays, bad weather and the Christmas rush.

UK orders are sent via Royal mail 1st / 2nd Class. Signed For Postage upgrade is available at the checkout.

Orders outside the UK are sent via International Standard unless specifically stated by us. International Tracking / Signed is available at the checkout.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by royal mail, however, we will provide a replacement or refund if your item is lost in transit.

Over time, our products may become dirty from the natural oils and dirt from our skin, Cleaning the Paracord is as simple as Submerging it in warm soapy water and scrubbing it with a coarse brush like a toothbrush.
To dry it, just leave it to air dry. Washing does not affect the strength of the paracord. The paracord may shrink the first time it get wet however this only happens once.

Although our Bracelets and accessories are made from Very Strong and durable materials, exposing them to excessive force can break them.
All of our Paracord Bracelets are woven tightly to create the best-looking weave, this may cause the bracelet to feel slightly rough and tight, however, the weave loosens over time, making the Bracelet feel softer.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order due to a mistake, please be aware that if production of your item has started, we unfortunately can no longer cancel orders. However, please do still contact us as if you only need a colour change, we may be able to accommodate this in some cases.

If your order has not been started we can of course offer a cancellation. Although I'm sure you wont want to miss out on our products!

To start the return process please contact us with your details and order number with the problem you are facing.

We can't accept returns without prior contact or confirmation.

Shipping costs to return the item must be made by you, the Buyer.

Please ensure you pay the full amount for delivery as we can't accept items with shipping fees.

Obtaining a proof of postage is very advisable as we are not responsible for items that don't reach us. This is also needed if your return arrives outside of the return period but you sent it with enough time.

We ensure that before we send your item to you we inspect the quality of your product and take a picture to show its condition.

If you receive a product that is damaged please contact us as soon as you receive your order. proof must be provided to continue further.

Compensation may be available through the delivery company for the postage and item cost. This must be done in a way that complies with their procedures. Claims must be processed with the delivery company within 80 calender days.
