This Pepe necklace is a wonderful geeky gift for World of Warcraft fans this spring & Easter! The tiny terrarium necklace features a teeny tiny miniature Pepe - he's literally 5mm, and the jar itself is 1cm wide by 1.5cm tall. Pepe and the cork are fixed securely in place and it's threaded onto a 16 inch silver plated chain. A 2 inch extension can be added for a little more length, you need only ask at checkout!
Alternatively available as a keychain.

It's a great gift for gamers!

Necklace is really cute and well made! Shipping was really quick too- but thats down to both being uk. Would buy another little pepe !

Meh . Not so cute in person . The chain can't be changed , because the loop on the pendant/bottle is too small to get a different 1 in . The blue animal looks very plastic(cheap) . I gave it away , after I wore it a bit

Hi laura, so sorry you don't like the piece! If you'd wanted a different chain you could always have sent me a message with your purchase requesting a longer length or different material, I am always happy to accommodate.
As for the animal, every piece is made by hand, by myself, from polymer clay before being painted and sealed to smooth out bumps in the clay. The sealant can occasionally make it appear to look a bit shiny, like plastic.

Once again, I'm so sorry you're dissatisfied, but unfortunately I can't help or refund orders if no contact is made.

Returns and exchange details
- Broken or Lost Items -
If an item arrives broken, I will replace it or refund it once the original is back in my hands. This will be at the customer's expense, initially, and will then be refunded once I receive the package to ensure an accurate refund.
If an item is not received, I will replace the item.
If, however, an item is simply late due to the Christmas rush, or because the buyer did not purchase with enough time for it to arrive, this is not a viable reason for a refund, and the buyer will simply be asked to wait for the item to arrive, as I am not responsible for the speed of couriers. My shipping estimate from shipment to delivery is just that: an estimate, and is based on previous experience. During the Christmas rush, however, some orders may be received sooner, while others may be received later, depending on the state of the different postal services it encounters, particularly when being shipped from one country to another, as some couriers will be much busier than others on certain days. This is neither my fault, nor my responsibility.
As a seller, I am responsible for this information being easy to find in my shop, and it is also my responsibility, as seller, to ship as soon as it is possible, and package items safely to withstand weeks in transit. It is, however, the customer's responsibility to look for and read this information before buying, and is also the customer's responsibility to accept deliveries when they arrive, pay any custom fees, and remain patient particularly during the Christmas period, as difficult as that can be some times - I do understand it.
Refunds will not be given if items arrive late, as processing times are clearly displayed in listings with the shipping costs, and it's the customer's responsibility to look for this information. Equally, I am not responsible for the loss or delay of items in the post, as once it's in the hands of the post office, it's their responsibility to transport packages safely and within good time.


- Handmade Items + Variations -
Most items are made to order - meaning that once the order is placed, I will then make the item, though this usually only takes an hour or two. But it also means that there may be slight variations. Refunds will not be given just because it is not the EXACT piece from the picture. I make all items to the exact same specifications of the original, as well as with the same materials. The image may not show the EXACT piece but you will get one quite identical if the one in the image has already been sold.
I will not send out items that are below my personal standards - I am a buyer here on Etsy too, and nothing annoys me more than items that aren't what they've been advertised as - apart from lack of seller contact. Poor communication on the seller's part also really annoys me, so I do my best to answer all questions where I can, and within a timely manner.


- Custom Orders + Payment -
Some custom-made pieces may require full or half payment upfront to cover cost of supplies and to guarantee the sale (rather than end up wasting my time making something too specific to sell in general, or wasting my own money to buy very specific supplies). This payment will not be refunded, as I WILL have bought the supplies, and I WILL have made the item. If you're interested in a custom item, drop me a line and I should be able to let you know on the spot if I'll require some payment upfront.
Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.


- Customs + Import Fees -
Please be aware that if you are buying overseas, there is a small chance that your delivery may incur a customs fee. This customs fee is the responsibility of the customer to pay. This has always been the case. Your government/national postal websites/most forums will tell you the same. I will not refund customers the customs fee, neither will I refund an entire sale or accept an entire return because of an unexpected customs fee.
I am a buyer on Etsy, too. I have purchased from overseas many, many times, and so far, only once was I given a customs fee. They're very infrequent, and I urge you not to let it put you off of buying from overseas.


- Broken Items -
Please note that if an item breaks while it is in your possession (ie, not arrived broken), it is not my responsibility to replace it if 7 days have passed from receipt. I make certain that my jewellery will stand the test of time if looked after and used sensibly. I might not be a department store but, like department stores, I have a return period of 7 days from receipt.

No refunds will be given until the original item is back in my possession, broken or otherwise.

If you'd like tracking, please select it from the shipping options in your basket, otherwise your parcel will not have tracking. Please note that tracking does not speed the delivery time.
Please note, though, that time varies from country to country and as no one has ever gotten in touch to inform me of how long it takes (and the post office give rather ambitious times that are met only about 5% of the time, so I always triple the provided time frame), I can't be certain exactly how long it will take. Based on my personal experience over the past 5 years, though, 2-3 weeks is average with the exception of Christmas.


- Missing or Delayed Packages -
Items overseas and at home can occasionally take some time to arrive. Please keep the following in mind before contacting me about a missing package:
• An International parcel cannot be classed, or reported as 'missing' to Royal Mail, until 25 working days (Mon-Fri) have passed from date of shipping (not payment or order).
• A European parcel cannot be classed, or reported as 'missing' to Royal Mail, until 20 working days (Mon-Fri) have passed from date of shipping (not payment or order).
• A UK parcel cannot be classed, or reported as 'missing' to Royal Mail, until 15 working days (Mon-Fri) have passed from date of shipping (not payment or order).

Sometimes a parcel may be delayed due to incorrect address, and it can take quite some time to return to me. I always include a return address on the back, but it can take 15 working days for parcels to be redirected to sender. If this occurs, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay the shipping for it to be reshipped to an alternative or correct address, as it will have been the buyer's mistake, either not collecting the parcel, or providing an incorrect address.
Please capitalise postcodes properly. If the street name is mispelled AND the postcode incorrectly given, the parcel will not reach the recipient.


- Invoices -
Invoices/receipts are not included, to save on paper, ink, and my own convenience (my printer is hooked up to a different computer which is rarely used; it hasn't been moved because there's nowhere to put it). Invoices are always available for purchases you've made by logging into Etsy and clicking "purchases" under the "your account" drop down at the top of the page.


- Needed For Event -
If your items are needed by a certain date, be it for a birthday or other event, please leave adequate time for it to arrive. Overseas (shipped from the UK) can take 2 to 3 weeks, but it's entirely possible that it could take more, especially during the holiday season. I cannot be held personally responsible for delays. If there is a rush, I will get it sent out ASAP.

If you've given me the wrong or an incomplete address (including recipient name), I cannot be held responsible for missing items.
