Our T-Shirts are 100% cotton. Wash cool 30/40 degrees and below then line dry.

Do not tumble dry. If you do they may shrink or crack.

Iron shirt inside out to avoid printed area damage.

Colors should be colorfast but we do recommend that you wash similar colors together in case of any possible color run happening.

Since we are a small business in Jersey we do not stock large quantities of t-shirts. All of our t-shirts are customised and made to order. We usually processed within 1-2 days of your purchase and an order cannot be returned once it has been processed. As a result, returns and cancellations will not be accepted for orders. Please see the links above for further help with this information.

Commencing 2023 Etsy now automatically deducts VAT for European Countries and Some districts within the USA. I.E Washington. This goes directly to Etsy and is not kept by the seller.

All Candywrap Studios products are custom and made to order at the buyers request when purchased.
The following T-Shirts cannot be returned or exchanged because of their nature.
Therefore, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Candywrap Design do not accept any garment(s) returned that have been:

Worn
Custom orders
Wrongly chosen size orders by customers (see size guide)
Exposed to deodorants, perfumes or creams which may leave scents/marks/stains
Have been washed or handled inappropriately
After the 30 day timescale
Sold as a discounted sale Item

At present, we ONLY offer international tracked rates to all destinations except the UK which is signed for (£5.25). The cost of International tracking has escalated with the pandemic from our favorable rate of £6.50 before the pandemic to £11.00 at present. This is offered for peace of mind to both customer and seller. We do not make money on postage and pass our reduced logistic rates onto the customer.
