***REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELATIONS***

LouTinen Events understands that events may change, and you may request to have your order cancelled. If you contact us prior to your order shipping, we will gladly issue you a full refund for the product and shipping costs. If you are unsure about the item you want to order or if you need more than what is listed, please convo us before purchase and we will be happy to answer any question that you may have.

You may return instock items, however LouTInen Events will not be responsible for the return shipping costs and we do not refund any of the original shipping fees from the purchase.

FOR ALL CANCELLED AND RETURNED ORDERS, a $.30 re-listing fee per item purchased will be deducted from the order refund and will be retained by LouTinen Events.

If you return an item, your refund will not be issued until the item has been received by LTE and it has been inspected and deemed 100% INTACT, UNUSED and RE-SELLABLE.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.

*We do not accept returns on clearance, discounted or discontinued items.
*We do not accept refunds on custom or special order items.
* We are unable to accept refunds on paper straws, food containers, treat bags, food picks and all other items that may come into contact with food, or are meant for use with food.

We ship via USPS first class (on small items up to 16 oz.) which USUALLY takes 2-7 business days to arrive. PLEASE NOTE: There is no guarantee on a 7-day arrival with first class. If you need a guaranteed arrival, please upgrade to PRIORITY shipping. Priority shipping is a guaranteed 1-3 business day arrival.

For heavier items, envelopes, boxes or large orders that exceed 16 oz, we ship USPS Priority which takes appx. 1-3 business days for arrival.

**We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and outside the United States. If you would like to place a custom order with Priority shipping upgrade and are outside of the continental United States, please send us a message with your shipping destination and order and we will set up a reserved listing for you.

CONFIRMATION: If you would like to add signature confirmation to your shipment, please let us know prior to ordering and we will set up a custom listing with the confirmation included.

INSURANCE: LouTinen Events is not responsible for LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED packages. If you would like your package insured, please inquire with us PRIOR to purchasing.
