My 30 day challenges are a great way to improve your fitness, increase your strength and build endurance, without the need for expensive equipment!
Easy to do at home, this set include six exercise programs, each with different exercise types inside. This means you get a bit more variety, and work more muscles than the single exercise sets.
It also means that you don't have to do as many as in the single set trackers (so you don't need to be able to do 200 squats!).

What do you get? The 6 exercise programs are broken down as follows:

Abs Challenge - Plank, Sit-Ups, Crunches, Leg Raises

Abs & Squat Challenge - Sit-Ups, Squats, Crunches

Butt Builder Challenge - Squats, Bridges, Lunges

Arm Challenge - Tricep Dips, Push-Ups, Mountain Climbers

Whole Body Challenge (Level 1) - lots of variation in this one....don't worry you don't do all of these every day....Plank, Push-Ups,
Mountain Climbers, Lunges, Squats, Bridges, Tricep Dips, Jumping Jacks, High Knees, Burpees

Whole Body Challenge (Level 2) - another mixed up set including......Crunches, Plank, Push-Ups, Tricep Dips, Punches, Bicycle Crunches, Froggies, Plank Walks and so much more!!!

These are PDF downloads, suitable for printing or digital use and I have designed this set so you can either keep them as a whole page, or use sticker paper/digital cut outs to add the day's workout to your planner page on a day by day basis.

What about the designs? Well testing showed that you were all split between liking the colour on the button and the colour on the background.....so the set includes both! This means you can pick the style you like and stick with it, or mix and match throughout the 30 day challenge. The exercises are the same in both designs, so you can safely select "Day 12" from either design style and know you will be doing the same challenge.
