No expertise or specialist equipment required, just a basic knowledge of DIY and standard hand-held tools. Most online scaffold suppliers offer a free (or low cost) cutting service, so scaffold tubes are delivered ready to assemble - no cutting necessary!

A lot of time goes into prototyping designs and producing instructables because I passionately believe in a maker movement - not a consumer society. With that in mind, I price them at no more than a pack of beer or bottle of wine - the least I offer anyone giving me good advice or practical help with a project.
