I’m so sorry Royal Mail strikes led to your Wooden Helicopter not reaching your doorstep until 21st Dec'22. Sadly because you weren’t home to sign for it a second Royal Mail delivery attempt was required which didn’t happen until after Christmas. I’m sorry. I agree 33 days is unacceptable. I’m disappointed Royal Mail strikes caused the issue, especially as I posted your handmade item ‘1st Class Signed For’ within 48hrs of your order on 29th Nov'22. I messaged you that same day with your Royal Mail tracker code. I did my best to keep you informed. Sorry if you didn’t get my Etsy emails for some reason. Your Wooden Helicopter did leave my workshop in the highest quality condition so I hope you enjoy it now you have it! Bob
