Most items listed in the shop are made on order. We typically don’t carry a large stock of items that sit on a shelf. Each item is made with special care and takes approximately 3-5 business days before it will be ready to be shipped out.

Please refer to our sizing chart when purchasing garments from my shop, as each store sizes are made differently. The sizing chart sizes for my shop are based on North American standard sizes.

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hrs of the time of your purchase. Purchases are recorded by time and date stamp. Please include your order reference #, contact information listed on your order, and (optional) the reason for cancellation .

Custom-made garments are considered a special order designed to tailor to your specification. In the event you would like to cancel, we offer cancellations within 24 hrs of time of purchase. Purchases are recorded by time and date stamp.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns as these items are considered final sale.

Sample items are usually one of a kind or prototype items sold at a discounted price. We offer cancellations within 24hrs of time of purchase but cannot offer refunds or exchanges, as these are sale items.

Once you have received your order, we hope you love your handmade item. If you are not happy with your purchase we will happily accept returns and exchanges according to the following:

• Please contact me within 3 days of the tracked delivery date.
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days of the delivery date.
• All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, free of damage, free of odour and in its original packaging.
• All garment tags must still be attached to the garment. If the tag is not attached, it will be considered used. No exceptions.

Over the period of months we may go through multiple dye lots each colour of fabric ordered. Although we do our best to ensure that every dye lot is the same, slight variations in any dye are possible from the mill.

When we photograph our products for the website, lighting, camera settings, etc will vary from the light that you see the garment under at your home.

In addition, lighting can affect how pictures may look on your computer. Different monitors will have different colour balance, etc. Although we test our images on multiple computer screens, it is impossible to make it look perfect for everyone.

For Bridal parties, we use the same dye lot to ensure the EXACT colour match for all the garments in your order.
