The wide soft straps tie behind the neck in a halter neck allowing some adjustment in fitting and, coupled with the rouching between the breasts, it creates a beautiful neckline that flatters the bust whatever your size and shape.
It is slightly rouched along the side seams of the torso creating horizontal gathers of fabric that flatter the belly. It ends in a cotton lace ruffled hemline that dips down at the back to add a little seasoning of steampunk and a fabulous silhouette.
