What did the buffalo say to his son on his first day of school? Bison! Make your own wild friend with this bison / buffalo knitting pattern. It's full of personality and would make a statement in any home. Loop stitch is used to give the bison it’s curly and rugged look, and a photo tutorial for the loop stitch is included in the pattern. The pattern also includes instructions on how to make a giant and a mini bison / buffalo head, so you can knit your one in the size you’d like.
To complete your mini or giant head, you’ll need a separate mini or giant backing board to display it on. You can buy yours in our Haberdashery section.
This knitting pattern won’t teach you how to knit, but my new book First Time Knits can take you from beginner to knitter in nine fun (and cute) projects - https://www.sincerelylouise.co.uk/products/pre-order-first-time-knits
