resin, resin jewellery, laser cut, laser cut wood, paper cutting art, silver brooch, brooch

Unique Humpback whale made from plywood and resin. Beautifully designed and handmade by Honoloulou's, each one includes marine conservation charity donation.

Humpbacks in the wild range from 12-16 metres long, however, this Humpback comes in a little smaller and is made with love, from 3mm laser cut plywood, paper and resin, mounted onto a silver plated brooch back.

Brooch: 25mm

Humpbacks are one of the largest of the baleen whales, meaning they have plates for filtering food from water, rather than teeth.

Found in oceans and seas around the world, humpback whales typically migrate up to 25,000 kilometers each year. Humpbacks feed only in summer, in polar waters, and migrate to tropical or subtropical waters to breed and give birth in the winter

Unfortunately, many whale populations are under threat from hunting, captivity, entanglement in fishing gear and nets.

£1 from each necklace sold will be donated to a charity working to protect whales and their ocean habitat.

Buying a Honoloulou's necklace will not only make you look good but feel good too.
