Due to the UK leaving the EU there may be import taxes to be paid. Please check your countries import tax limits before ordering.

Please be aware that Etsy Estimates are only estimates and do not take into account delays in customs which can be unpredictably slow.

I make zero profit from shipping, the prices are directly from UK Royal Mail, I wish it was cheaper to ship overseas 😢

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - I am based in the UK

ALL International orders will be sent via UK Royal Mail INTERNATIONAL TRACKED SERVICE. A tracking number will be supplied in your dispatch email and your orders progress can be tracked by clicking on the links in the email.

For an even FASTER service, I also offer an INTERNATIONAL FAST TRACK service via courier either FedEx, UPS or DHL this takes no longer than 5 days and is fully trackable and insured. I can ship to most major countries in the world via this service USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA etc

PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES, every so often customs will retain a parcel, this is beyond our control, but could delay your purchase arriving within the estimated time.

CUSTOMS - Customs processing times can vary greatly, between 24 hours and 4 weeks!
Please be patient. Tracking will halt as the packet enters customs, and then restart as soon as your packet is realised. Canadian customs can take a few weeks to process items!

UK ORDERS - I always post by Royal Mail First Class

UK First Class Signed For - Not a tracked service but insured for £50 and usually delivers next day.

UK Special Delivery - I can also post out special delivery within the UK, it's insured to £500, trackable and guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm.

All of my customers are really happy with their purchases (please read my reviews!) But every now and then a parcel may go missing or arrives late, please read the policies below before ordering, thank you!

I will post to the address that comes through on your Etsy order. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure this is the correct address, please contact me ASAP if you wish to change an address. After a parcel has been shipped you cannot change the address and it then becomes your responsibility to retrieve your item.

If a parcel or packet does not arrive, or is lost in the post please contact me as soon as possible so we can sort things out. Items shipped from the UK to other countries can take up to 8 weeks to arrive, so please be patient.

I always obtain proof of postage, and can supply images of receipts if needed for a claim. I cannot refund if you do not contact me within 30 days of the item dispatched date, in this case I will provide you with a copy of the proof of postage so you can make a claim.

Items should be returned in original packaging and a refund will be issued upon their arrival to me. Please note that if you are outside the UK this can take up to 4 weeks. Please obtain proof of postage for returning packages, I am not responsible for refunding items that fail to arrive back to me.

CUSTOM orders - When I set up a custom listing for you, it will be after a number of conversations to ensure the butterflies I am creating are the correct ones for you in size, colour and shape. Please be aware that custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE so please ensure all your details are correct before ordering.

If you request a custom order I will message you images and information to ensure your item is bespoke and to your requirements. Please note that colours may vary on different computer screens and when printing images onto the silk or paper the colours are more subtle.

My items are all handmade from natural fabrics and materials, they are all hand cut. The finish or size may vary ever so slightly to the images in my shop, this is the beauty of buying a handmade item!

Custom orders are created especially to your requirements and are non-refundable I'm afraid.
