Due to hygiene reason and the nature of the rubber clothing, we cannot accept any return for refunds unless the item is damaged in the post or faulty. If you ordered a wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for the right size free of charge, except for the postage charge that have to be paid by the customer for both ways. Size exchange is accepted for only once.
In any case, customers must inform us within 24hours of delivery for any fault/ damage or size exchange.

For Molded rubber gloves and stockings - We do not accept returns or size exchange for these items as these are factory made and need to be ordered specially.

If there is any query on the product, including size/measurement, please do not hesitate to contact us before purchasing the item.

Returned goods will only be accepted if still in a new condition with no signs of wear or sign of any attempt of customization and in original packaging they must be returned within 48 hours of delivery for repair or replacement.

We cannot be held liable for badly handled latex (damage, tear etc). Please read pur latex care note carefully if you are not familiar with latex clothing.Any adjustment (size etc) can be arranged with postage paid by the Buyer. When you ordered the bigger size, it could be adjusted in most cases. However if you ordered a smaller size, in most cases we will have to make a new one.

Please note the lead time for size exchange will be same as new orders which is 35days before shipping, as all of our items are made to order and we do not stock items.

Returning the items - when sending the garments back , please use recorded & insured service. We cannot be held liable for the items lost or damaged in the post or by the courier. Please make sure the package is marked as Returned Goods in the customs declaration form otherwise UK custom will charge the UK import tax and handing fee and they will not release the package unless the bill is paid. We will not bear such taxes for returned goods and UK custom will hold the package for 20 days and then it will be returned to the sender.
We cannot be held liable for any mistakes caused by UK customs.

Please note that if an undelivered package is returned to us for any reason, the shipping cost to re-send the package must be covered by the Buyer. As a seller, we ship the item to the address given by the customer. Postal service will return the package to the sender 1) if the address was incorrect (including post/zip code) or 2) the customer has moved or 3) simply was not in to receive the package then did not collect it from the postal service/courier in time.

For 3 points only Made to measure items -
This is for the clients who are in between standard sizing and the items are adjusted to 3 measurements ONLY (Bust, Waist and Hips = widest part of bottom) and everything else stays the same as original, standard items. All measurements given from clients are final and we cannot accept any returns.
