Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, due to various monitor calibrations . Colours may also vary slightly from product to product, because of different materials and material colours used, as well as due to the heat printing process used. We use ecological inks which aren't always as strong/intense when exposed to heat, however they are non-toxic and hence safe to use and be around.

We do our best to ensure that our product photographs and charts are an accurate representation of our products.
It is also important that the photography submitted by you is high quality for best results (minimum size recommended is 500KB/1MB).

We are happy to take custom orders for most of the items offered for sale in our shop. If you are looking for a particular design or style, please message us and we may be able to accommodate.

Expediting custom orders will normally be done through UPS (or a similar company like DPD, Parcelforce express etc, depending on availability). Please note expedited shipping timeframes are not 100% guaranteed, we'll do our best to post asap however once the item is posted, shipping times are out of controll.

We might publish pictures of ordered items on our Etsy / Facebook / Instagram page for promotional purpose, but if you would rather keep pictures of your order private we will happily accept that. Just send us a quick message with your request.

We accept returned items, provided they are not personalised items. You have 14 days after you receive your order to return your item(s). For non-EU countries, shipping cost is non refundable.

We can only refund/send a replacement once we've received the item back in original packaging. Please note you will need to pay for incurring postal charges (unless the item arrives damaged or you have received a faulty item). We cannot be held responsible if your parcel gets lost on its way back to us - we recommend you send it by tracked delivery

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:
You will need to pay for the recurring postal charges if the courier unsuccesfully tries to deliver your parcel / there has been an attempted delivery and you have not claimed it

We post all orders tracked. Your tracking number is on your order confirmation - buyers are responsabile to keep an eye on tracking updates and notify us in writing if their order seems to be delayed or has not arrived in due time.

You will need to pay for the recurring postal charges if the courier unsuccesfully tries to deliver your parcel or you have not claimed it from the post.

We cannot take responsibility for any delays that incur due to the postal services, as we have no control over the shipping process itself.

Refund on lost items: please be aware that we need to file a claim with the post first, which might take some time. -- As soon as we have received the compensation for the lost items, we will issue a full refund to you.

We need to be notified straight away if there is a change in the address of the recipient (i.e. entirely different address or wrong/incomplete address). For both our and your protection, we will need to CANCEL your order so that you might place it again with us, with the correct address you want it shipped to.

If you wish to change the address we send the order to, please contact us to let us know AS SOON AS YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.

Please know we can not be held responsible for sending it to the address Etsy automatically provides us with rather than to the address you wanted changed, if you do not get in touch with us straight away.
