When I wrote to the shop to arrange a return, the quality of service exceeded my expectations; they gave me a full refund and offered me to keep the item. Item arrived in a horrific state - clearly been used and covered in dirt and grime. Never experienced anything like it. Nothing at all like the description, terrible quality and dirty.
