Almost all of our products are printed on archival matte finish art paper. Like all artwork, they should be kept out of bright sunlight. Framing your art behind UV glass will help protect it for years to come.

Each order is made custom. We use the exact spelling and information the you send to us to create your products. So, please make sure that everything is spelled correctly when you check out.

We'll do our best to get you order out the door ASAP. After that, the shipping time is in the hands of the postal service & out of my control. Orders delivered late (due to the post office) WILL NOT be refunded.

USPS First Class mail takes 3-15+ days during Nov & Dec. Priority Mail is not a guaranteed shipping time, but usually makes it in 2-3 days.

Make sure your address is correct when checking out. This is the address that will be used & I am not responsible for orders sent to the wrong place.

Should your order need to be reshipped due to an error on your part, you must repay for the shipping. IF your item has been returned to me I will ship this same item back out. If it does not get returned to me, you must pay for the item again.
