All orders are sent first class with Royal Mail. You can upgrade to First Class Signed For if you prefer.

Missing mail is a very rare occurrence, and refunds are not offered for shipping errors that are beyond my control.

All overseas orders are sent standard international post with Royal Mail. This is estimated to arrive in Europe within 3 to 7 days and within 5 to 10 days elsewhere.

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. Silver plate is metal that has been coated with a thin layer of silver. My earrings and pendants all use sterling silver. My cufflinks are silver plated. My brooches do not contain silver.

In the UK all items sold as precious metal i.e. solid silver or gold is required to be hallmarked by law. However this law only applies to items where the sterling silver weighs less than 7.78 grams. Currently all my jewellery weighs less than that and so I do not get it hallmarked.
