The customer is responsible for ensuring the address and contact details are supplied correctly at the time of ordering. Addresses can be changed up to the point of dispatch, by contacting Spratt Designs, after this point Spratt Designs are unable to make any changes as your order will be shipping company which Spratt's Designs has no control over.

Items requiring shipping will be shipped using a national delivery service which is currently Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery) for small items and MyHermes for larger items. For International shipping currently, Royal Mail and Postal Parcel Services are being used.

Average delivery times from dispatch are 3-5 working days for UK mainland deliveries, International Deliveries are 5-10 working days to international shores from dispatch the *remaining* delivery time to you is then dependent upon a time to clear customs and your country's postal service, times can vary but in busy times delivery can take 4-8weeks. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges for their own country. Please be aware that postal times can be delayed in individual countries or internationally in exceptional circumstances, Spratt's Designs has no control over these delays, please take your local delivery service advice on delay details. Please be aware of UK holidays as these dates are classed as non-working days in the UK and parcels won’t move intransit during holidays. Next Day deliveries for the UK mainland and expedited delivery for international orders can be arranged on request but will incur additional charges. All delivery times quoted are intended as a guide only.

Delivery prices listed are to UK mainland and for certain listings include Australia, Europe, Canada, New Zealand & The USA, any of my items can be arranged to ship anywhere in the world so for areas outside of listed posting Spratt Designs will happily quote you a delivery price.

Sadly occasionally items can go missing in the post. If this happens and your item becomes lost in transit, there is a waiting period of UK 10 working days and International 25 working days past expected delivery due date before we can declare it lost with the shipping company. The delivery companies will expect you to try your neighbour’s houses and to look into safe places where it may have been left before we can start a claim. I pay for items to be signed for and I will obtain a copy and pass this to you for scrutiny, as this signature is proof of delivery to the shipping company I cannot claim or replace in these circumstances. In these cases where there is proof of delivery being made if you are sure the signature does not belong to you, or anyone in your household or a neighbour I will be required to open a case with the postal company and the police as mail theft is a crime. Your details for such cases will need to be passed to the police and you will be expected to provide any relevant information pertaining to the case. Once the item is declared lost Spratt Designs will create and ship a replacement, on the occasions of ‘one of a kind’ (OOAK) creations a replacement will be offered, if unsuitable a credit to my shop will be issued (please note: this only applies to OOAK original creations).

Where Spratt Designs (or our used delivery companies) are prevented or delayed in carrying out the duties under the customer terms due to situations beyond our reasonable control, including without limitations National Emergencies, Severe Weather, Strikes or other situations that fall under A Force Majeure clause Spratt Designs will do their utmost to keep you up-to-date of progress.
