Description

Please note: we cannot send out framed orders internationally. If you are not in the UK, please select the unframed print option.

A fine art reproduction of my painting ‘Mushroom folk’ is now available for purchase featuring a botanical illustration of the fairytale mushroom of fokelore, the Fly Agaric. Fly Agarics are famed for thier psychotropic substances, but will make you ill. It’s said that shamans drank the urine of reindeer to avoid these ill effects, which lead to the myth of flying reindeer. I like to decorate my house with a lot of festive mushrooms!
This Fly Agaric has a mystical honeycomb mycelium, and some baby toadstools squirrelled away.

The print is an A4 reproduction. You can choose a framed or unframed option which will be sent direct from my printer.

Open edition.

Process:
The original was painted using FW artists inks, and has been professionally digitally reproduced.

Materials:
The frame specification is as follows: 2cm x 2cm wooden moulding available in smooth white, smooth black, natural wood, black grain and white grain. The mount where applicable is cream/white.

We print on a beautiful 100% cotton, 300gsm acid free archival fine art inkjet paper with a satin finish.

Size: Print size A4 (that's 297 x 210 mm or 11.7 x 8.3 in). Frame size varies depending on whether you select a mount.

Important stuff: Please check main page for holiday dates etc.
Please check store policies page for shipping information (including International shipping)
