Returns and exchange details

I hope you are happy with your order but if for any reason you are not, I will offer you the chance to return any unwanted items within 7 days of delivery date for a refund. Shipping will not be refunded.

Please be sure to send it back to us via registered post so you are covered if it gets lost in the post. We cannot refund any goods if they go missing on their way back to us. Please ensure you include your invoice or a copy of it and make sure the item is packed, so it will not get damaged in shipping. Again we cannot refund an item if it has been damaged in shipping. We will only refund an item if we receive it back in the same condition it was sent out.

Delivery policies

All UK items will be delivered via Royal Mail with proof of delivery. All Europe and ROW items will be shipped via Airsure.

We will dispatch your order within 3 business days of your payment being cleared. We cannot be held responsible of items lost in the post.
