This fine and soft 1 Ply is made from an equal blend of Shetland and Lambswool and is for experienced knitters wanting to make heirloom fine shawls with around 200-300 sts per border start.

This is a beautiful shetland ring shawl pattern, for a baby. It has actually turned out to be more straightforward than I had expected. The instructions are very helpful and I’m really enjoying the process of making this shawl. The people at Heirloom Knitting are great too. I bought the 1ply wool from them and it arrived extremely quickly; they also put two extra balls aside for me. Highly recommended!
