We are unable to give refunds or exchanges on products unless they are faulty. We therefore encourage people to be certain about the product before they buy, this includes buying the right size, colour etc. We are not able to refund postage costs and customers are responsible for return postage costs. Faults do not include inconsistencies or incorrect size, but only if something is broken. We do ask that customers are reasonable with the nature of a returned item, that the fault is not with general use of the product but the product itself.

Uk Shipping will be made 1st class recorded. International shipping is currently standard airmail. If you would prefer signed for please contact me.
