The majority of our products are vegetarian friendly, however we do use gelatine in a small number of items.

We also offer a number of products which are dairy-free and vegan friendly.

We only source our chocolate from companies who share our values of ethical and sustainable cocoa farming. All our chocolate suppliers have programs in place to combat poverty and forced child labour in cocoa growing countries, and are committed to ethical and sustainable cocoa farming.

We offer a wide range of our products to wholesale and trade customers. Please contact us directly with your enquiry and we will be delighted to discuss how we can help you.

We do not currently offer a gift wrapping service. Items marked as a gift will be sent with a packing slip that does not include any pricing information. This means that if you are sending your purchase to someone as a gift, the price of the item will not be included in the package. If you have opted to include a gift message with the items, this will be printed on the packing slip exactly as you have written it.

Please check the condition of all products and alert us to any damaged or faulty items immediately upon receipt. If any items are damaged/faulty, please send photographs to us by Etsy message, including images of the item, the item's box with the Best Before date visible, and the postal packaging it has arrived in. Any problems must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or we may be unable to assist you.

Postage costs are a flat rate of £4.99 on all purchases. To ensure that your purchase arrives in peak condition, we use Royal Mail First Class postage on all items. Delivery via this method is usually next working day, but can take up to 3 days. As our items will not fit through a letterbox, they are sent as parcels and someone will need to be available when they are delivered. If you have any alternative delivery requirements, please contact us through Etsy messages to discuss them before purchasing. Please ensure that all information is correct during checkout, as we will post to the delivery address exactly as provided. We can not be held responsible for any issues which arrise due to a customer providing an incorrect delivery address.

All our products contain fresh ingredients with no preservatives, and are best consumed as soon as possible after purchase. Fresh chocolates are best consumed within 10 days of delivery

Please note that any shelf life given in a product description is for indication purposes only and is not a guarantee. Our products contain fresh ingredients which will affect the best before date of each batch. If you require a product to last beyond a specific date, please discuss this with us via Etsy messages before purchasing.
