We post orders to the exact address you provide. Please check all of your details are correct, it will be included on your invoice for reference. If the information you provide is incorrect and results in a lost parcel, unfortunately we can not replace the item. If the item is returned to us by the Royal Mail we will resend the item but you will need to pay the additional postage.

Our delivery times are based on the information provided by Royal Mail. While we do everything we can, by always posting items within our advertised timeframe, parcels can be delayed or very occasionally lost by the postal service. This is unfortunately beyond our control and is equally frustrating for us as a small business as it is for our customers. If an order is late, firstly, we will always ask that you wait a little longer. The Royal Mail doesn't recognise a parcel to be lost until 28 days has passed and therefore prevents us from taking any action before then. Most delayed parcels have been caused by Customs and have nearly always turned up within a week or two. We have had one 'lost' parcel actually arrive 6 months later!

If required, refunds are available on all eligible items as long as the customer gets in touch within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition and in it's original packaging, within 30 days of delivery before a refund will be issued.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs if the reason is a change of heart.

We will of course, cover postage costs for any faulty or incorrect orders.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CHRISTMAS ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER TO BE DELIVERED BY ROYAL MAIL

Our recommended last order dates are -

9th December for Australia, Asia, South America, New Zealand

13th December for USA, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland, Finland, Sweden

17th December for the rest of Europe

19th December for the UK

All orders placed after these dates will still be posted, until we close, but can no longer be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Next Day delivery options can be arranged for UK orders, please just send us a message ahead of any order.

If the delivery of your order is not made in time for Christmas, unfortunately this is beyond our control and a refund on your order will not be offered.

All order are sent using standard postage, with proof of postage only from the UK. If you would to be able to track your parcel please contact us to upgrade your order with this service. We also strongly advise upgrading to this service for large orders for peace of mind.
