I moved back to North Wales in 2018 and drew this picture after walking up the hill behind my family home in the remote area of Hiraethog.

In order for myself to function properly I’ve realised that I have to self-medicate immersion in the natural landscape, often.

It’s a privilege and one I don’t take for granted. I hope that my work can bring some of the essence and freedom available in the outdoors to people who need it, especially with these recent challenging times.
