Here at 4th & Folk we fabricate our own steel components for all of our furniture rather than buying factory made parts. This means we can ensure quality and offer customisation and bespoke sizes for our full range. Made with care and experience using industrial grade steel and fixings.

DELIVERY

- All of our furniture comes dis-assembled for efficient delivery and access into your home.
- Most items will be *delivered via TNT / FedEx on a day of your choosing - Monday - Friday. *Saturday delivery is available at extra cost.
- Some larger and heavier items (dining tables etc) will be delivered by a 2 man delivery service. This will be on a date arranged with yourselves.
- Very occasionally delays do occur with couriers, for which we can't be held responsible, but we will obviously do our best to resolve for you.
- TNT / FedEx do not offer time-slots - However we can request a 'before 12:00' or 'before 10:00am' service at extra cost. Let us know if you'd like a quote for this.
- TNT/FedEx will deliver to your door-step, and will not carry into your home. Please bare this in mind as most items are quite heavy.
- We can offer an installation service; please get in touch with your location and product specification for a quotation.

ASSEMBLY

- All fixings are provided, along with coded stickers marking each component to aid assembly.
- Most items will require a spanner and screwdriver. If you do run into any problems just get in touch and we'll gladly advise you!

RETURNS

Due to the bespoke, handmade nature of our products, all orders are non-refundable. After an order is placed it may not be possible to change it, any amendments are at our discretion.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order we will be more than happy to work with you to find a resolution. You have 14 days after delivery to contact us regarding any issues.
