During the Covid19 Pandemic/Xmas period, expected but not guaranteed delivery times are as follows following dispatch;

UK - 1-2 weeks
EU - 2-6 weeks
Rest of world 2-6 weeks

All estimated standard delivery times are as follows;

United Kingdom: 1-2 weeks
Europe: 2-6 weeks
Canada and USA: 2-6 weeks

If for any reason your order does not arrive within these expected time frames, please drop me an ETSY message or email at turtletoesco@outlook.com providing confirmation of your delivery name and address, and I will look into it ASAP!

Although I do everything I can to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition, I understand that accidents happen and I will do my best to resolve any issues for you!

Please simply drop me an ETSY message or email at turtletoesco@outlook.com on the day of receiving your goods, including a couple of photos of the items you have received, and I will aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Please note, if an item has been worn or has become broken or damaged after use, it may be necessary for me to receive the item back in order for repairs to be made. In these circumstances the buyer must pay for the return postage costs.
